Friday Pic: Galapagos Islands

Islas Gallapagos

Galapagos Islands are a unique destination that I have on my bucket list of places to visit once in life.

My love for animals and nature makes Galapagos the perfect trip as it combines many of my passions besides photography. So on this Friday Pic you can see photos of two of the most typical animals of these Ecuadorian islands.

The Galapagos tortoise has the name given to these islands, and its size is so large that really impress me on the photos. So I can not imagine how amazing it will be to see this anmal in person, in their natural environment.

Sea lions are found throughout the Galapagos Islands, on beaches, in a group, enjoying the sun and the millions of fish that can eat just moving a little towards the sea. But they have to be careful not to run into their main predator: the shark which is abundant in these waters.

In addition, numerous birds, penguins and iguanas live in Galapagos. The perfect destination for lovers of nature and sustainable tourism!

If you’re looking to travel to Galapagos soon and don’t want to spend a fortune, check out the Galapagos Islands on a budget guide.

Have you been to the Galapagos islands? Would you make a trip to meet these amazing Galapagos animals?
